We ship all our parcels as insured packages with the Austrian Post. After dispatch, you will automatically receive a tracking number to follow the status of your delivery online at any time.

Important Note on Deliveries to Special Territories
Our EU shipping offer is valid exclusively for the EU mainland and its regularly connected islands. Shipping to overseas territories, associated territories, or areas with a special status (such as Greenland, the Faroe Islands, or French overseas territories) is currently not possible.
Returns & Cancellation
If an item does not meet your expectations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
How to Make a Return:

Inform Us: Please contact us via email at office@kunsthandel-pichler.at before returning the item so we can allocate your return.

Secure Packaging: Please repackage the item carefully – preferably in the undamaged original packaging – to avoid transport damage.

Return Shipment: Send the parcel to the address we provide. According to legal regulations, you are responsible for the direct costs of the return shipment. We recommend an insured shipment with tracking.

Refund: Upon receipt and inspection of the undamaged goods, we will promptly refund the full purchase price using your original payment method.
